Escaped Suspect Captured In Elmhurst
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man who escaped from Elhurst police Wednesday night has been captured.
Police said the man, who was in custody for retail theft, escaped custody around 7 p.m. Wednesday near North and Larch avenues.
Officers located the suspect about three hours later, but police did not provide any further details.
Charges were pending Thursday morning.
