Job summary
WSCR 670 The Score is looking for self-motivated & task orientated individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in sports marketing and media.

Job Responsibilities
• Interact with staff, producers, and sales department on various promotions/special events
• Set up and provide support for on-site promotional events
• Write commercial copy and on-air promotional mentions
• Conduct site checks and complete execution sheets for promotional events
• Maintain records containing listener information
• Conduct mailings and obtain legal documents from winners

Internship Requirements
Students must receive college credit. All internships with CBS Radio are unpaid. Students must have reliable transportation, and be willing to work at least a 25 hour work week, with occasional nights and weekends. Must commit to a 12-16 week program. Some heavy lifting required. Applicant will not be allowed to start the internship without one of the following: transcript confirming that the student will receive college credit for internship, proof of class registration, or certified letter from the participating institute. Applicant must not be an employee or intern at any other station while doing an internship at CBS Radio-Chicago; college stations exempt. Most of all, applicants must love sports!
