    Why would a business open up a new store in an extreme crime ridden city? People, getting shot and robbed outside J.C. Penny, place just isn’t safe anymore. African American teens running amok, cyclists getting beaten within an inch of their lives and robbed.
    Chicago is only safe for the politically connected and those who can afford to hire their own security while traversing Chicago.

    That sounds like a comment coming from a person who clearly doesn’t know Chicago. I bet you live in the lily-white outter suburb near Round Lake. Yes Chicago has some parts safer than the other but which city doesn’t. Please refer to your list of U.S cities with most crime. Oh! I like the way you put an emphasis you put on the African American teen. Black is not the crooked former mayor Daley; Black is not the white IL governor got caught trying to sell a senate seat; Black is not the crooked former chief of police torturing innocent black men into pleading guilty to a crime they didn’t commit; black is not the white guys who come from your neighbord into the city to buy drugs. Black is not origin of GREED in America. Do your homework before you talk about my city and my race.
