Active Weather Pattern
The Chicago area is caught in an active weather pattern, with precipitation expected every day for the rest of the work week and cloudy, dreary skies during dry spells.
Conditions will be mild and dry Monday afternoon, but look for a dusting of snow on the ground when it’s time to go to work on Tuesday.
A snowstorm swooped into Chicago early Friday, and it could put us over the top for the snowiest February ever.
The pattern of off-and-on miserable weather will continue Friday with snow that could dump about three to five inches in some parts of Chicagoland and up to seven inches farther south.
