Man In Body Armor Carries Gun, Knife And Ammo Into Daley Center

About 9 a.m. Tuesday, 32-year-old Lumani Lubemba entered the Daley Center wearing a “blue uniform and black body armor” and “carrying a semi-automatic pistol on his right hip, under a black jacket,” according to Cook County Sheriff’s police.

The South Side teenager who made national headlines for impersonating a Chicago Police officer and patrolling the streets as a 14 year old is in trouble with the law again, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
