Margaret Noble, 79, died Saturday following the March 8 fire at her home in the 300 block of South Albany Avenue, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
The man, believed to be between 45 and 55 years old, was shot in the chest about 8:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of South Albany Avenue, police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer said.
The shooting happened about 7:30 p.m. in the 700 block of South Albany Avenue. A 22-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman both were shot in the leg.
