NW Indiana Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Girlfriend’s Child

Woodstock police were called to a home in the 1500 block North Seminary Avenue about 11 a.m. Sunday to a report of the sexual assault of a child under 13. After meeting the victim, the victim’s mother and the mother’s boyfriend, officers took the man—34-year-old Anthony N. Williams—in for further questioning.
