FBI: ‘Elmer Fudd Bandit’ Arrested In Kentucky

A man dubbed the “Elmer Fudd Bandit” — believed to have robbed four Chicago area banks and attempted a fifth in 2012 — was charged by a federal grand jury indictment on Thursday.
