Man Shot In Neck Just Off Kennedy Expressway

A man drove onto a Kennedy Expressway entrance ramp after he was shot in the neck in the Avondale neighborhood on the Northwest Side Tuesday evening, police said.

Three Men Found Dead In Avondale Building Last Month Identified

Three men who were found frozen to death in a vacant Northwest Side Avondale neighborhood last month have been identified.

In multiple reported robberies between December and January, robbers either implied or displayed a weapon and stole cash or cartons of cigarettes, according to a business alert from Chicago Police.



Three Men Found In Avondale Died Of Hypothermia

Emergency officials responded to 3310 N. Harding Av. about 11:15 a.m. on Jan. 12 found the men dead in a vacant building, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
