Opening Delayed For The 606 Trail Due To Brutal Winter

A much-anticipated new park and bike trail from Humboldt Park to Wicker Park won’t be completed until next year, after the bitter winter weather hampered construction efforts.

Old Ashland Bridge On Bloomingdale Trail To Be Moved To Western

It’s not every day you see a bridge being hauled down city streets. On Saturday, a bridge that once spanned Ashland Avenue in the Wicker Park neighborhood will make a 1.5-mile trek to its new home over Western Avenue along the Bloomingdale Trail.
