Someone recognized the little boy’s picture on Facebook and called relatives, CBS 2 has learned.

Toddler Found Wandering Outside Without Coat, Hat, Or Shoes

Someone found the 2-year-old boy shortly before midnight Thursday night, wandering near the corner of 82nd Street and Avalon Avenue, and called police. The temperature was in the single digits at the time.

Mom Charged After Boy Found Alone On Englewood Sidewalk

A young mother has been charged with child endangerment, after her son was found running by himself in the Englewood neighborhood on Monday night.
