Pitcher Travis Wood Has Big Hit For Cubs In 13th

Chicago Cubs pitcher Travis Wood delivered a victory from the mound on Sunday. A day later, he did the same from the batter’s box. The pinch-hitting pitcher had an RBI double with two outs in the 13th inning, giving the Chicago Cubs a 5-4 victory over the Miami Marlins.

Greinke Stays Perfect At Home, Brewers Win Again

Cubs Shut Down By Brewers’ 2 Run Homer

The Chicago Cubs kept up with the Milwaukee Brewers Sunday, tying the scores in the third inning. Both teams were then stuck in a stalemate at 4-4 until the Brewers’ McGehee homered in the eighth.
