Certificate of Innocence
A former death row inmate who was cleared of a double homicide in a re-trial five years ago was denied his “certificate of innocence” Tuesday after a judge issued a lengthy ruling doubting his credibility.
Last May, James Kluppelberg stood under the sun for the first time a free man in more than two decades. Ten months later, he’s unemployed with little hope. CBS 2′s Brad Edwards reports.
