Judge Once Found “Insane” Ruled Unfit For Bench

Cynthia Brim, found not guilty by reason of insanity after being charged with attacking a sheriff’s deputy, went before a rarely convened judicial panel earlier this year. She since has been removed from the bench, the Illinois Courts Commission said Friday.
