Wandering Black Bear Could Be Headed Back To Wisconsin

Chris Young, spokesman for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, said it appears the bear is making a loop — down from Wisconsin; through Winnebago, Boone, DeKalb, and Ogle counties; then apparently back northwest.
