Boy, 4, Dies In Bensenville House Fire

Firefighters were called to the home at 1555 W. Devon Av. around 2 p.m., and found smoke and fire coming from two sides of the house. A family member told firefighters a child was trapped inside the house, and crews rushed in to try to find him, but they could not reach him in time.

Alleged Getaway Driver Charged In Rogers Park Shooting Death

A 31-year-old man has been charged in connection with the death of a photographer who was slain at a Rogers Park bus stop in broad daylight last week. Prosecutors said Eric Vaughn handed the gun to the shooter, and drove the getaway vehicle.
