A man who keeps a 42-foot boat at Diversey Harbor says he was shocked after he drove in from Michigan early this morning – and found that somebody had been staying on his boat and had trashed it.
About 11 p.m., Chicago Fire Department crews pulled the 37-year-old man from the harbor, according to police. Responding rescue crews were able to gain access to the docks and pull the person from the water, Chicago Fire Department Chief Ron Dornecker told reporters at the scene.
