Driver Cited After Rollover Crash In Lincoln Park

The 32-year-old man was driving a 2006 Toyota 4Runner SUV westbound on LaSalle Drive at 10:58 p.m. when it turned left onto the 1700 block of North Clark Street and collided with a Toyota Camry taxi.
