The City of Chicago is celebrating a milestone in its efforts to reduce so-called “food deserts” in low-income neighborhoods.

Chicago Electric Aggregation Plan Ahead Of Schedule

The Emanuel administration says its plan for bulk buying of electricity is moving ahead of schedule and that means some extra savings for Chicago residents.
