Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Reggie Wayne has earned a reputation for his flashy training camp arrivals and this year was no different. In keeping with tradition, Wayne stepped up his training camp arrival game.
Governor Pat Quinn says he’s ready to send in state police to help with Chicago’s violence if Mayor Emanuel needs it.
Quinn said state police are already helping patrol in East St. Louis, another city that has its challenges with violent crime.
“My military training played a big role in how I reacted,” said Spc. Jovanta Duncan. “I assessed the situation and took action.”
