Jackknifed Semi Delays Traffic On I-94 In Northwest Indiana

The crash happened in the westbound lanes of I-94 near State Road 249 about 3:45 a.m., Indiana State Police said. As of 8:30 a.m., one lane is open in the area but the other lane is expected to remain closed for several more hours as authorities replace the concrete barrier wall.
