Chicago Police are looking for a man wanted in a peeping tom/unlawful restraint incident that occurred on Nov. 23 in the 2100 block of S. Lumber.
A Naperville restaurant worker who was arrested and charged with using his cell phone to surreptitiously film a woman in a restroom has failed for the second time to appear in court to answer charges in that case.
