Starting today, all the lines in the Metra commuter rail system will introduce “quiet cars” on their trains.
Metra says its test of “quiet cars” has been so successful the rail agency will roll them out on all of its rush-hour trains.
Next month, Metra will begin its test of “quiet cars” along the Rock Island Line.
