Man Charged In Harvey Crash That Killed Two Teens

Kevin Dixon, 18, was driving a four-door 2000 Saturn westbound on 147th Street approaching Clinton about 1:56 a.m. on July 27 when he lost control and the car struck a utility pole, according to Harvey spokesman Sean Howard.
