Kenneth K. Jackson, 31, is charged with first-degree murder, murder during commission of a felony, and mob action, all felonies, in connection with the death of 16-year-old Michael Flournoy III, according to a statement from Chicago Police.
Cook County prosecutors said 42-year-old Gerald Gaddy has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse, criminal sexual assault, and aggravated battery. Gaddy allegedly had “inappropriate sexual contact” with three girls, ages 15, 16 and 17.
