Gilchrist’s 22 Lift South Florida By DePaul 75-59
South Florida’s inside presence was too much for DePaul as Augustus Gilchrist scored 22 points in a 75-59 Big East victory Sunday.
Martin, Notre Dame Turn Back South Florida 60-49
Scott Martin recorded his second straight double-double to lead Notre Dame to a 60-49 victory over South Florida on Tuesday night.
DePaul Falls Short To South Florida
DePaul is sitting at the bottom of the Big East, but that doesn’t mean they like it. The Blue Demons had a slow start while the South Florida Bulls charged through them in the first half. After the break, DePaul seemed to wake up and out-scored South Florida for the half. However, they were too far behind to make a comeback.
Irish Win Streak Continues With South Florida Victory
Notre Dame is remaining strong, stretching their win streak even further after defeating the struggling South Florida. The Irish had a 24 point lead after the first half and just hung for an easy win.
DePaul Loses Again
DePaul lost its eighth game in a row Thursday as it fell to South Florida. The Blue Demons were able to keep up in the second half, only scoring one point less during that second half.
