Report: No Evidence Of Daley Influence In Koschman Case

A special prosecutor has released a report concluding there’s no evidence former Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley or other family members sought to influence an investigation into the 2004 death of a man punched by Daley’s nephew.

Special Prosecutor’s Report On Koschman Case To Be Released Tuesday

Special prosecutor Dan K. Webb will release a 162-page report Tuesday morning that’s expected to shed light on whether clout kept police and prosecutors from charging Richard J. “R.J.” Vanecko, a nephew of former Mayor Richard M. Daley, with killing David Koschman.
