State To Provide $45M In Relief Funds For Tornado Damage

Gov. Pat Quinn said the state is stepping in with $45 million in disaster relief funds to help local governments recover from last November’s tornados, after the federal government turned them down.

Delegation From Lombard To Distribute Relief Supplies In Washington, Ill.

A group from the village of Lombard is heading southwest tomorrow morning – with loads of tools and supplies to help the people of Washington, Illinois, rebuild after the tornado, reports WBBM’s Steve Miller.
