This year, 213 drugs – including many life-saving medications – have been very hard to get. At least 15 deaths nationwide are being blamed on the drug shortage.

Protesters Ask U Of C Hospitals To Reopen Trauma Center

As Provident Hospital postponed its decision to stop accepting ambulance runs, protesters called on the nearby University of Chicago Hospitals to restore its adult emergency room to trauma center status.
