Metra UP North Line trains were running again Wednesday morning, although with delays of up to 54 minutes, after a tree fell on the tracks near Kenilworth.
Trains on Metra’s UP North Line were stopped near Rogers Park for about half an hour Monday morning, after a man jumped on top of a train, and started running along the roof of the bi-level cars.
