Waukegan Man Charged With Killing Wife, Disabled Daughter

A 53-year-old man has been charged with two counts of murder, after allegedly killing his wife, their disabled daughter, and a dog at their home in Waukegan, before trying to take his own life.

FBI: Man Tried To Open Account Before Robbing Bank

William Rozelle, 30, allegedly presented his photo ID and Social Security number while trying to open checking and savings accounts, but left the bank after being told there was a fee to open accounts, then later returned and robbed the same bank.
