You might know the Globe more as the soccer bar where you can cheer on your favorite team, but on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. the pub turns itself around for quiz night. The Globe was voted the Best Pub Quiz by Chicago Magazine in 2007 and 2008. While you’re playing, make sure to indulge in one of their draft or bottle beers. They feature ales, lagers and stouts and an impressive list of single malts and aged bourbons.

Located in Lincoln Park, State’s trivia night happens on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. They suggest you grab a friend or up to seven and come on out to test your hand at their trivia. They even offer prizes. The Tuesday specials are as follows: $13 pitchers of Bud light, $18 pitchers of Imports, and $5.98 build your own burgers.

Since 1933, the Burwood Tap has been serving Lincoln Park with their friendly service in this neighborhood bar. On Wednesday nights at 9 p.m. their trivia night starts — so get your trivia knowledge up to speed and have at it. Come thirsty and hungry because their drink specials include $3 domestic drafts and $3 house drinks. At 8:30 a free buffet opens of Caesar salad, stuffed shells and meatballs.

Located in Lincoln Park, Rocks was voted best neighborhood bar by Chicago Magazine this year. Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. you can join in on the fun by participating in their trivia nights. While you try your hand at the trick questions you can also be taking down $2 sliders all night. If the sliders make you thirsty, try one of their 100 whiskeys or 85 awesome beers.

Witts invites you to come in and celebrate on Wednesdays once that hump day is over and you’ve made it through the halfway point of the work week. Their trivia night starts at 8 p.m. with wacky and unusual questions. So grab a team of 2-6 people and see if your random knowledge is worth anything. Round winners receive free shots. If you rack up the most points over 6 rounds, you’ll receive 25% off your entire tab. Just remember that after 6 rounds of shots – you might not be remembering much of the night. They suggest you get there early to grab a seat. Specials for the night include $10 wing platters, $12.50 domestic buckets and $4 beer of the month.
