The Waterfall Glen trail covers nine and a half miles nestled within the 2,492-acre Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve. The trail was named after one of the first presidents of the forest preserve's board of directors, Seymour Waterfall. Make sure to see the waterfall along the trail, one of the preserve's most popular features. The falls are accessible by taking the Rock Glen trail, a smaller trail that branches off from the main one. The preserve is open daily one hour after sunrise and closes one hour after sunset.
