Keep Talking With Hoodie Allen

Hoodie Allen is performing at the Wiltern Theatre this Tuesday on his "People Keep Talking World Tour." The tour comes hot off the heels of his first studio album, People Keep Talking, which was released in early October. People Keep Talking has soared up the charts peaking at number eight on the Billboard Hot 200 and number two on both the Top R&B/Hip Hop and Top Rap Album Billboard charts in the United States. Before hitting mainstream success with his debut album, Allen built a strong community of fans online by releasing a series of mixtapes and EPs that featured songs like "No Interruption," "You Are Not A Robot," and "James Franco." The concert starts at 7:00 p.m. and tickets start at $9 online.

The Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey are bringing their Legends show to the United Center this Saturday at 11:30 a.m. Lion tamers, acrobats and tricking elephants share the stage with death defying motorcyclists all while ringmaster Johnathan Lee Iverson keeps the crowd alert and entertained throughout. The Legends show also features mysterious creatures from the past such as a live woolly mammoth, the magical pegasus and the mythical unicorn! Tickets are available online starting at $22.

Go To See The Wizard

Date: Sunday, November 30

Use this Sunday as a chance to squeeze out a little more fun before the long weekend comes to a close by seeing "The Wizard Of Oz" at the Marriott Theater on Marriott Drive in Lincolnshire. Noted Chicago choreographer and director Rachel Rockwell handles this production, which tells the timeless story of Dorothy Gale as she goes on a journey down the yellow brick road to find the wonderful wizard of Oz. Marriott Theater veteran, Dara Cameron stars as Dorothy with Susan Moniz playing the role of the wicked witch. The first show of the day starts at 1:00 p.m. and tickets cost $48 with the second show beginning at 5:00 p.m. and tickets going for $40.
