THE DEFENSE

Q: Why are you and your son here today?

A: We came down from Toronto, Canada. We've only been here for a day. It's been pretty hot.

Q: What do you like best about your car?

A: I love the radio. I really like the store and go features because it really helps us with the packing. It's roomy. You can fit at least seven people in here. The DVD player in the car is also a great help. Since we take long trips quite often, it helps keep everybody entertained.

Q: Does your son drive the car?

A: He can't drive yet, but he will be in a few months. I think he is looking forward to driving all his friends around in it, but we will see what the future holds.

Q: What's the craziest place you've ever driven to in the car?

A: I don't think we've ever driven to any place too crazy. But the craziest thing that ever happened in this car was when someone got really sick in it. It wasn't pretty. Chicago is probably the farthest place we have driven to in this car. It took us nine or 10 hours to get here due to traffic. Traffic is terrible in Chicago.

Q: What made you pick this car?

A: I've always had Chryslers, for the last 16 or 17 years.

Q: Do you have any rules for your car?

A: No smoking and don't close the door heavily. It's the only door in the back, so I don't want it messed up. I'm always telling my kids be careful!

Q: Do you think once your kids get older, you will buy a car instead of a van?

A: My wife wants a Volvo. For me, I will probably run this car into the ground. I will probably get a small car looking at the way gas is. Whether it will be a Chrysler, I really don't know. We will see what the future holds.
