With Easter coming Sunday, the clock is ticking to make those brunch reservations! Leave the cooking to someone else this year and check out the brunches below.

The Division Ale House opens an hour early on April 5 and features an a la carte holiday brunch with selections such as Corned Beef Hash, Crab Cakes Benedict and Waffle Fried Chicken, and an optional $20 brunch package. The package includes an Authentic Irish Baked Ham and Eggs Breakfast (Jameson Irish Whiskey-glazed ham with rosemary roasted red skin potatoes, two eggs any-style, Irish soda bread and fresh seasonal fruit) with three Wycliff Brut mimosas or domestic draft beers. Staffers dispense colorful Easter eggs stuffed with assorted vouchers redeemable for prizes from Division Ale House wearables to branded beer gear to gift cards as part of the brunch package.

All-day drink deals include $3 house mimosas, $15 house champagne bottles (with a half carafe of orange juice), $6 bloody marys, $12 Bud Light pitchers and $20 craft beer buckets. Brunch is on offer from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., the regular menu is available from 10 a.m.-midnight, and the bar is open from 10 a.m.-2 a.m. Reservations recommended via 773-384-6886.

High Noon Saloon launches their spring/summer brunch hours on Easter weekend, opening an hour earlier on Saturday and Sunday and offering brunch from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. beginning Saturday, April 4. On Easter Sunday, the Tex-Mex eatery offers the regular a la carte brunch menu with choices such as huevos rancheros, chilaquiles and French toast, and adds additional Easter entrees such as buttermilk biscuits with white wine sausage gravy and rib-eye steak with chimichurri sauce. The regular Tex-Mex menu is available from 10 a.m. until 11 p.m. on Easter Sunday.

In lieu of the regular Sunday specials, the saloon offers $3 classic mimosas, $5 bloody marys, $15 champagne bottles (with a carafe of orange juice) and $8 drafts of Easter Bunny vs. Unicorn, a hoppy Wheatwine-style ale from Chicago's Pipeworks Brewing Company. Reservations recommended via 773-227-9339 for indoor dining. Seating is first-come first-served for the seasonal sidewalk café, which opened mid-March (weather permitting).

Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 5 will feature two specials in addition to the regular brunch menu. The Easter entrée will be Crawfish Étouffée with Carolina Gold Rice ($14) and a scrumptious dessert special, the Dessert Sampler ($6), featuring a Beignet, Blackberry Hand Pie, Milk Chocolate Bread Pudding and Caramel Ice Cream.
