Was it a tribute to heroes or a hidden gang sign? There is a new Chicago city vehicle sticker after a 15-year-old boy's winning design touched off a wave of concern that it displayed gang signs. The distraught teen who created it told CBS 2's Kristyn Hartman he didn't draw any gang symbols whatsoever.
