Ald. Jackson Absent From Final City Budget Vote

Ald. Sandi Jackson (7th) was a no-show for Thursday's City Council meeting to vote on the city budget. CBS 2's Dana Kozlov reports aldermen expressed sympathy for Jackson, whose husband, Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr., is dealing with bipolar disorder. Both Jacksons are also reportedly under the federal microscope.
