Officials Want To Merge Election For Jackson Seat With Suburban Elections

In the wake of Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr.'s resignation, the man who runs the election system for suburban Cook County offered his plan for setting up a primary and a general election to fill Jackson's seat. CBS 2's Mike Parker reports.
