City's Homicide Toll Reaches 500 With West Side Shooting
Chicago's homicide rate hit 500 overnight, when a 40-year-old man was shot and killed on the West Side. It's the first time in four years Chicago has seen that many homicides, when there were 512 murders that year. CBS 2's Susanna Song reports.
