McCarthy Confident In CPD Headed Into New Year
Police Supt. Garry McCarthy took matters into his own hands on New Year's. While on patrol, he helped arrest a man on felony weapons charges. It was a busy night, with at least 10 shootings citywide. On the heels of 506 homicides last year, McCarthy told CBS 2's Brad Edwards he's confident this year will be better.
