Ald. Sandi Jackson (7th) has announced she is resigning, effective Tuesday. Her resignation had been rumored for weeks, but she'd repeatedly denied them. In the end, she told the mayor's office she was stepping down to try to deal with "very painful family health matters." CBS 2 Chief Correspondent Jay Levine reports.
