Scott Fawell, the former top aide to ex-Gov. George Ryan, who was caught up in the corruption scandal that sent both men to prison, spent time in the same halfway house where his old boss will soon be transferred. Fawell sat down with CBS 2's Walter Jacobson to talk about what the facility is like.
