Quinn's State Of The State Address Doubles As Campaign Speech
In his annual State of the State address on Wednesday, Gov. Pat Quinn proposed raising the state's minimum wage to $10 per hour, stricter gun control laws, and legalizing same-sex marriage. CBS 2 Chief Correspondent Jay Levine reports the speech was as much about Quinn's bid for re-election as his plans for governing.
