Major Winter Storm Bearing Down On Chicago Area

It's still calm Tuesday morning, but a winter storm heading to the Chicago area could dump as much as 10 inches of snow in some spots. CBS 2's Susanna Song reports crews have been busy all morning making sure the roads are ready.
