Former Cook County Board President Todd Stroger To Run Again In 2018
Seven years after he was voted out of office, former Cook County Board President Todd Stroger wants a rematch with the woman who defeated him. Stroger announced Monday he's running against Toni Preckwinkle in 2018. CBS 2's Mike Puccinelli.
