Florida Homeowners Begin Assessing Damage From Hurricane Irma
Hurricane Irma is now blamed for at least 24 deaths in the U.S. and 34 more in the Caribbean. In the Lower Keys of Florida, residents still are not allowed to go home. CBS 2's Hena Doba takes a look at the damage left behind by the massive storm.
