Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle is proposing hundreds of layoffs for the Cook County Sheriff and Cook County Chief Judge as part of her plan to cut $200 million from the budget, after the controversial sweetened beverage tax was repealed. CBS 2's Susanna Song reports.
