Man Stabbed To Death At Home

TINLEY PARK, Ill. (STMW) - A Tinley Park man died Thursday after he was found with multiple stab wounds at his home in the southwest suburb.

Danny Fields, 53, suffered multiple stab wounds at his home in the 6500 block of W. 167th St. in the southwest suburb, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.

He was pronounced dead at Advocate South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest at 5:16 p.m., the medical examiner's office said.

Tinley Park police would not comment on the death Thursday night.

An autopsy is scheduled for Friday.
