Thibodeau Wins Coach Of The Month
A day before the Chicago Bulls play their former head coach and his new team, their new coach, Tom Thibodeau, was named Coach of the Month.
Thibodeau and the New Orleans Hornets' Monty Williams were named the NBA Eastern and Western Conference Coaches of the Month, respectively, for games played in January.
Under the guidance of Thibodeau, the Bulls were 21-4 over the month, and also had a 90-79 win over the Eastern Conference leading Boston Celtics.
For the season, the Bulls have gone 11-0 against Central Division opponents, and are the only team in the NBA without a division loss.
